How to take Morphée
1 tablespoon (15 ml) a day, diluted in a large glass of water. In the evening, with dinner or before bed. Its natural chocolate flavour also pairs well with a warm herbal tea or plant milk. For children, the dose is 1 teaspoon (7.5 ml), diluted the same way.

Glycerin, Hericium powder (Hericium erinaceus), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), natural chocolate flavor (0.9%), zinc citrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) and biotin (vitamin B8).
