Where can I have my order delivered?

We deliver to Switzerland and mainland France. We're working to make Hymne available in as many countries as possible. If we don't deliver to you yet, let us know by sending an email to hello@hymne.co

How do I find my tracking number?

On request we can provide you with a tracking number.

What are the delivery methods and costs?

Delivery is free for purchases over CHF 60.-. Packages are sent via Swiss Post or a carrier and are delivered as quickly as possible (maximum 10 working days).

When will my order be shipped?

As soon as we receive payment for your order, our teams will work to ship your package no later than the day after.

I want to modify/cancel my order, what should I do?

What functional mushrooms are used in your products?

We mainly use:

  • Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum)
  • Agaricus (Agaricus blazei)
  • Hericium (Lion's Mane)
Are Hymne products suitable for everyone?

All our products are vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free. However, it is recommended to consult a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant or have a medical condition.

How do I incorporate functional mushrooms into my routine?

Hymne products can be used daily, either directly or mixed into smoothies or other drinks. Follow the dosage recommendations on the label and listen to your body for possible adjustments.
