How to take Hercule
1 tablespoon (15 ml) a day, diluted in a large glass of water, in the morning before or during breakfast. Its natural lemon flavour also pairs well with orange juice or a lukewarm tea.
What Hercule contains
Hercule combines organic, never heat-treated Reishi and Agaricus with micronutrients whose claims are recognised by the FSVO in Switzerland:
- Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
- Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
