How to take the products
Each formula is taken the same way: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) a day, diluted in a large glass of water. Hercule and Vénus in the morning, Morphée in the evening, or whatever suits your routine. Each 450 ml bottle contains 30 adult doses, a full month of ritual per product.
